This site collects very little, so this notice is short. Below is exactly what happens when you open it.
Who we are
BLUE VOYAGE YACHTING GROUP d.o.o., Liburnijska ul. 7a, 51414 Ičići, Croatia. Phone +385 95 2588 827, e-mail info@bluevoyageyachting.hr. For anything about your data, contact us there.
The inquiry forms
The forms on this site (the charter request and the general inquiry) send what you type directly to us, at info@bluevoyageyachting.hr. The message is delivered by Cloudflare, whose servers host the site, and nothing is stored in a database on the site. If direct sending fails, the form opens your own e-mail program with the message already written, so you decide whether to send it. We use your details only to reply and prepare an offer; we send no marketing and pass them to nobody. We keep messages for as long as the request or contract lasts and the law requires, then delete them.
Newsletter
If you subscribe to the newsletter, we use your email address only to send you our news about boats, offers and events. You can unsubscribe at any time: reply to any of our messages or write to info@bluevoyageyachting.hr, and we remove your address from the list.
Cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies. No Google Analytics, no social-media pixels, no ad networks. That is why we do not ask for cookie consent — there are none. Boats you save to your shortlist (the heart on a card) are kept only in your own browser’s storage; they never reach us unless you send us an inquiry, and you can clear the list at any time.
The map
The map loads only when you ask for it by clicking the button. Until you click, nothing is exchanged with an outside server. When you click, OpenStreetMap learns your IP address, under its own rules, which we cannot influence.
The video on the home page
The home page shows a video by the Croatian National Tourist Board from YouTube, through youtube-nocookie.com. Because of this, when you open the home page your browser connects to Google’s servers, which learn your IP address and may store data in your browser, under their own rules, which we cannot influence. No other page does this, and with reduced motion switched on the video is not loaded at all.
External content
Fonts, images and documents are served from our own server. Apart from the video on the home page and the map you request, the site contacts no other company when it opens. Links to social networks and WhatsApp take you there only when you click them.
Your rights
You have the right to know what data we hold about you, to ask for correction or deletion, to restrict processing and to object. Just contact us at the details above. You can lodge a complaint with the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP), Selska cesta 136, Zagreb.
